Paid Customer

Commercial, public agency and university licenses are perpetual and include one year of free upgrades and e- mail support. Initial response: 24 - 48 hours. Additional response available as needed. Support requests must be processed through license key holder and are limited to the lesser of 30 hours or 20 requests per year (excluding bug fixes). In addition to our support contact e-mail, you have the option to add your contact e-mail to our VIP customer support mailing list.
