** Student licenses require proof of registration in a college or university, are limited to one year, are not renewable and include updates but do not include support.
Support
Commercial, public agency and university licenses are perpetual and include one year of free upgrades and e- mail support. Initial response: 24 - 48 hours. Additional response available as needed. Annual support beyond the first year, including upgrades, is available at $1500 per master license ($100 for university licenses). Support requests must be processed through license key holder and are limited to the lesser of 30 hours or 20 requests per year (excluding bug fixes).
Support and free upgrades will expire one year from the date of purchase.
ELM also provides an interface utilizing Python and SQLite. Power users may enjoy the great flexibility and power of this interface, but we are not currently providing active end-user support for users of these tools. Active support only extends to the graphical user interface.

How to buy
To purchase Single User License and Student License, please use above buy now button to pay online. It will bring you to the Google Checkout page. The license key will be sent to your Google Checkout e-mail address, once the payment is received.
University Students must provide proof of current university registration. Please send the scanned copy to sales@elm-works.com
